Bulk Solar Panels accepts returns in line with Australian Consumer Law and the policy outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted where applicable

Returns are processed by mail

A free return label will be provided (download and print)
Restocking Fee

A $50 restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Important Notes

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law

Freight costs are non-refundable unless required by law
